lemon parmesan tilapia.jpg
Ann gave me a bag of lemons from her yard and it had been sitting in my fridge for the last few days. Today, I had an urge for something tangy but yet light. I love lazy Saturdays, I get to stay home, make great food and relax. MMmmm... Relax...

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese (Set aside)
2 Tablespoons Mayo
3 Lemons, Juiced
1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
1/2 Tablespoon White Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
2lb Tilapia Fillets

Steps

  1. Preheat broiler on high
  2. Combine 1/2 Cup Parmesean, Mayo, Lemon Juice, Basil, White Pepper, Salt and Butter.
  3. Combine and coat Tilapia Fillets with mixture.
  4. Place Tilapia Fillets onto a broiler pan and top with remaining parmesean cheese.
  5. Broil until top is lightly brown. Maybe 5 minutes.
  6. Serve
