JZ & Chris were packing up to move from Daily City and hadn't had anything eat. JZ handed me a recipe card and said that everything was in the fridge. Recotta in an Omlet? Sure, here goes ...
Ingredients
4 Eggs
1/3 Cup Recotta Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Chives, chopped
6 Slices from Sweet French Baggett
3 Slices Bacon
1 Tablespoon Butter
Steps
- Grill bread with a little butter to toast.
- Prepare bacon to taste.
- Mix eggs, salt and chives.
- Melt butter. Preppare omlet. Fold recotta into the omlet as the last step.
- Toast with omlet and piece of bacon.
