JZ & Chris were packing up to move from Daily City and hadn't had anything eat. JZ handed me a recipe card and said that everything was in the fridge. Recotta in an Omlet? Sure, here goes ...

Ingredients

4 Eggs
1/3 Cup Recotta Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Chives, chopped
6 Slices from Sweet French Baggett
3 Slices Bacon
1 Tablespoon Butter

Steps

  1. Grill bread with a little butter to toast.
  2. Prepare bacon to taste.
  3. Mix eggs, salt and chives.
  4. Melt butter. Preppare omlet. Fold recotta into the omlet as the last step.
  5. Toast with omlet and piece of bacon.
