For the recent Palmarin Hike, I made a light sandwich for the 7.5 mile trek in and out. The sandwich had to be light to carry in and light in the tummy. Worse thing on a trail would be an upset tummy
Ingredients
2 Slices Deli Ham
1 Slice Colby Jack Cheese
2 Slices Onion Rye Bread
1 Leaf Romain Lettuce
1/2 Tablespoon Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Deli Mustard
Steps
- Sandwich all ingredients between slices of bread. (You don't need more steps than this do you?)
