Steak & Scallops w/ Onion Cucumber Salad |

Surf and turf with a 'tude... for one. New York steak, grilled Medium Rare. Pan seared scallops with lemon cream sauce. Feta, red onion, cucumber and olive salad.
Ingredients - Steak
One New York Steak
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredients - Scallops
4 Jumbo Wild Caught Japanese Scallops
1 Teaspoon Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredients - Red Onion, Cucumber, Feta and Olive Salad
1/4 Red Onion, cut into thin strips
1/8 Cup Cucumber, cut into thin strips
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/8 Cup assortment of Olives and Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredients - Lemon Cream Sauce
1/4 Lemon, Juiced
6 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps
- Mix all ingredients for salad in a bowl. Set aside.
- Mix all ingredients for lemon cream sauce and heat on medium high until thick.
- Brush steak with olive oil. Lightly coat with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak to preferred doneness.
- Melt butter in a preheated skillet on medium high heat.
- Sear scallops for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remember, if cooked in the pan it'll be over cooked on the plate.
- Eat.
