Holy cow! Turtle came by and we got the smoker going to try something neither of us had ever heard of, something that we didn't even bother searching online for ... Hickory Smoked Burgers. From here on out there's only two ways I'll ever serve a burger, and this is one.
For this recipe, the toppings and the buns are all up to you. The magic is in the meat.
Ingredients
1 pound beef
- Make into four patties.
- Smoke at 280 for 30 minutes.
- Serve
Remember, ever smoker is different. Keep an eye on it if it's your first time. Dry is still tasty, but not juicy.
