Hickory Smoked Baby Back Ribs

One food on my top 10 list would have to be baby back ribs. There's a primal gratification in handling cooked meat with my fingers and gnaw little bits of stuck animal off the bone. My normal recipe is to cook the ribs in the oven, but the smoker in the yard is screaming to be used again.

Ingredients

3 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
3 Tablespoons of Salt
3 Tablespoons of Pepper
1 Cup of Wood Chips
1 Cup BBQ Sauce

Procedure

  1. Salt and pepper the ribs.
  2. Place ribs in 290 degree smoker for 2.5 hours.
  3. Take ribs out of the smoker and grill with BBQ sauce for 5 minutes per side.
