I had a surplus of garlic, feta and ranch dressing in my fridge left over from Amber and Julian's wedding. There was also a bottle of bacon ranch from about two months ago that needed to be used up. This is the sort of thing that makes me happy -- new food from old food.

Here it is ...

Ingredients:
  • 1 Rotisseried Chicken
  • 1 Precooked Pizza Crust
    1/2 Cup Garlic
    1 T Olive Oil
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese (about 4oz)
    1/2 Cup Bacon Ranch Dressing
    1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing

1) Mix garlic and olive oil in a small casserole dish and bake covered in the oven at 450 for 70 minutes or until golden brown.

2) Shred chicken. Save carcass for use in another dish.

3) Top crust with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle some of the olive oil from roasted garlic onto top of the pie.

4) Bake on ceramic pizza stone at 450 for 20 minutes or until toppings are golden brown.

Results:

Selection of toppings were great. The crust could have been better, maybe next time I'll make my own crust ... or find a better brand.

Score: 9/10
