It has shrimp, pork and wrapped in a wonton wrapper on every side but the top. Maybe the Chinese has a better name for this, but for now -- it's a shrimp and pork dumpling.

The steamer has been on my kitchen counter since making dumplings last week. It rarely ever comes out so before it's sent into a deep slumber, one more steamed meal ... for two.

Most recipes for wor wonton soup have an ingredients list longer than a Twinkie. This is unacceptable. A wonton soup should be made with great
ingredients where each will stand out on its own without anything trying to
secretly suggest an unidentifiable flavor.

This is a little spin on your off the shelf "Beef & Broccoli", replacing the broccoli with areomatic Onion. I hadn't made this since I was 14 or 15. It's been a while and a great way to use the Top Round on sale at Safeway for $1.99 / lb.
