A few months ago, I walked into a little diner in Los Altos with a group of friends. The diner had a very ecletic breakfast menu. The top item on the breakfast page was "Crab Eggs Benedict". This twist doesn't change much, but uses fresh King Crab in place of packaged Lump Crab. As a side note ... this isn't healthy.

MMMmmmm.... meat! Masses and masses and mounds of yummy tender meat! After talking to Duane, I had a craving for beef and was amazed when the Megamart had a seven bone roast on sale. MMMmmmmm...... meat!

For the recent Palmarin Hike, I made a light sandwich for the 7.5 mile trek in and out. The sandwich had to be light to carry in and light in the tummy. Worse thing on a trail would be an upset tummy

There's about 8 pounds of left over turkey in my fridge from the bird I smoked on Sunday. I'm out of gravy and don't feel like making more. The pantry has some cream of mushroom soup and about a cup of dried mushrooms. Not all my turkey was used, but this did make two casserole dishes worth of grub. Here goes ...
